Are you a strategic HR leader ready to drive transformation across global operations? We’re seeking a Senior Director, HR Operations to lead a high-performing HR team across the UK and India. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about operational excellence, employee wellbeing, and performance-driven culture.

About the Role

You’ll oversee a team of 25-30 professionals, including an offshore team based in India, ensuring best-in-class HR administration, compliance, global benefits, and wellbeing initiatives. You’ll also lead the company-wide OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process, aligning performance with strategic goals. A key focus will be building and globalising HR operations to enable the business to scale effectively and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a geographically diverse HR Operations team, including offshore operations in India.
  • HR Administration: Oversee onboarding, promotions, lifecycle management, and compliance.
  • Employee Compliance: Ensure regulatory adherence across global and regional requirements.
  • Benefits & Wellbeing: Design and manage global programs that enhance employee experience.
  • Performance & OKRs: Lead OKR setting and tracking to drive alignment and performance.
  • Shared Service Transformation: Optimize HR shared services for scalability and efficiency.
  • Globalisation & Scalability: Build and expand HR operations globally to support business growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
  • Process Innovation: Implement HR tech and process improvements for operational excellence.
