Qualifications

  • Experience in maintaining HR functions, documents, and processes.
  • Ability to manage payroll services, including contracts and leavers.
  • Familiarity with monitoring sickness and staff absence reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll services and manage staff records.
  • Ensure safeguarding checks and maintain related paperwork.
  • Complete annual workforce census and maintain accurate staff records.
  • Engage in general school management and communication.

Education
