Role

We are seeking a proactive and professional HR Officer to join our team on a temporary contract. In this pivotal role, you will provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers across the business, ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively. You will support a wide range of employee relations matters, prepare and review documentation, and play a key role in promoting best practice across the Group. Alongside case management, you will work with managers to drive employee engagement, promote retention initiatives, and strengthen workplace culture. The role also involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance activities, helping us to attract, develop, and retain talented people.
