Overview

We offer hybrid working to have a real work life balance. This is a full time role on a permanent basis. This role will be office based. We offer a competitive salary range of £31,187 to £35,301 (FTE) per annum plus benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a high quality service to managers and staff covering recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, wellbeing, employee reward and benefits.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion and undertake people projects.
Qualifications
  • Experience in HR at an Advisory or Officer level
  • Experience of providing managers and staff with pragmatic, clear, and concise advice
  • A strong background in human resources best practice including Recruitment, Wellbeing, Engagement, Reward, Relations, Organisation Design & Development
  • Level 5 CIPD or working towards a higher level
  • Up to date knowledge of Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal, prioritisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work with confidential information
