Job Description
- Act as a key point of contact for HR queries from employees and line managers
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviews and new starter documentation
- Assist in managing employee relations matters (e.g., note-taking in formal meetings, drafting letters)
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Provide input to monthly payroll and liaise with the payroll provider as needed
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support wider HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational efficiency
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or advisory role
- Working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HR systems
- CIPD Level 3 minimum (working towards Level 5 preferred)
