Job Description
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR queries from employees and line managers
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviews and new starter documentation
  • Assist in managing employee relations matters (e.g., note-taking in formal meetings, drafting letters)
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Provide input to monthly payroll and liaise with the payroll provider as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support wider HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational efficiency
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or advisory role
  • Working knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HR systems
  • CIPD Level 3 minimum (working towards Level 5 preferred)
