A renowned British retailer is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support core HR services including recruitment and employee relations. The role involves coaching managers and leading training initiatives while focusing on reducing ER cases proactively. The ideal candidate has retail HR experience and is CIPD qualified, bringing strong organizational and problem-solving skills to improve HR processes.
We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Manager to join a renowned British retailer.
As the HR Manager you will support the delivery of the core HR services of recruitment, employee relations, engagement, performance management, projects and policy development.
There is a strong focus of Employee Relations supporting the stores on a daily basis with ER cases - however from this there will be proactive action required in terms of store visits, coaching managers, hosting region training virtual calls and looking at ways to support the stores in reducing the level of ER cases through proactive action.
The role will also support the Talent team through attracting, engaging and retaining the best. There should also be a strong focus on projects looking for ways to improve HR processes and initiatives for retail.
