A leading recruitment firm in Redditch is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide comprehensive HR services across multiple sites. The role involves offering expert HR guidance, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Candidates should have proven HR experience, excellent communication skills, and ideally hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification. This permanent role includes regular travel to additional company locations and offers an opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking environment.
RM Recruit are delighted to be working with a successful, dynamic Redditch based company who are actively seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based at their Redditch site, this role will also require regular travel to additional company locations in High Wycombe and Nottingham on a weekly or fortnightly basis, supporting managers and employees across the wider business.
The HR Manager will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive HR service, partnering with senior leaders to support business objectives while ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.
