The Global Client Partnering (GCP) Team is responsible for delivering HR generalist support to designated business lines and locations, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. The team partners closely with the business, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs; e.g., Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Org Development, Policy and Risk) and Global Senior HR Business Partners to manage employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to Franklin Templeton’s policies and compliance with local laws and market practices. The GCP team delivers strategic people management solutions that empower our business to grow, thrive, and succeed. We’re focused on building a high-performing, people-first culture that drives real impact. As HR Manager you’ll lead the team to deliver outstanding HR Business Partnering to the UK and Ireland business.
