A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Manager for their Leicester head office. The role involves leading a small HR team, managing the employee lifecycle, and driving HR projects that enhance employee engagement and wellbeing. Day to day, you ll cover the full employee lifecycle, handle ER cases, oversee compliance, and support with exciting HR projects including rolling out a brand-new HRIS. It s varied, fast-paced, and rewarding.
