A values-driven healthcare organization in England is seeking a People Manager to oversee HR and people services. You will ensure high-quality support across the employee lifecycle and lead a team to enhance engagement and support. The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and have experience in HR operations. This role offers flexible working options and a competitive salary of £46,000 per annum.

As the People Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the delivery of high-quality HR and people services across the organisation. You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, wellbeing, and development, ensuring that our people feel valued, supported, and engaged.
This role also carries line management responsibility for one direct report, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they thrive in their role and contribute effectively to the success of the People team.
You will be an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of people management and organisational culture. You bring excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the confidence to influence at all levels.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday
Salary: £46,000 per annum
