The Role

As a HR Manager, you'll be responsible for first line HR advice and support to managers and employees. You'll work as part of a skilled team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, and selection processes / support the leaver process including Exit Interviews
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Ensuring compliance with legal procedures such as Right To Work
Organising Apprentices and Work Experience Students
  • Monitor and track Absence Management Process including supporting managers with Return-to-Work completion
  • Collect and analyse HR data to generate reports on key HR metrics
  • Act as HR support and note taker in formal meetings
About You
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 Diploma or working towards
  • Very competent in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proven experience in implementing HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of HR compliance
