Due to continued growth and the decision to bring HR in-house for the first time, we are recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join a growing organisation in this newly created, standalone role. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, capable HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment and enjoys building HR foundations from the ground up.

With a workforce of around 500 employees—including drivers, mechanical teams, and fabricators—you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, supporting managers, and ensuring we continue to grow in a compliant, people‑focused way.

About the Role

As our HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full HR function, providing expert guidance across all areas of people management. You will work closely with operational leaders to upskill managers, strengthen HR capability, and embed consistent, legally compliant practices across the business.

This role offers the scope to design, develop, and elevate HR processes, supporting our continued expansion—including the opening of a new depot.
