Location: Grimsby

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am 4:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)

Our client is looking for an organised and detail-focused HR & H&S Administrator to join our team. This role is central to keeping our HR and Health & Safety processes running smoothly through accurate record-keeping, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administration support across HR and H&S.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including absence, inductions, and training.
  • Administer HR policies, handbooks, and documentation.
  • Support payroll administration and GDPR compliance.
  • Complete and record routine H&S checklists and audits.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies in a professional and efficient manner.
