A leading energy services company in Milton Keynes is seeking an HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing employee relations procedures, implementing HR policies, and delivering insightful data analysis for HR activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience in HR projects. To provide professional HR support to the business for the entire life cycle of our employees, adhering to legislation and assessing the commercial risk, whilst sharing best practice throughout the business, also assisting the wider HR team with projects for the business to ensure continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
To act as a first point of service for all management, escalating to HRD when required and liaise with all management to adhere to service level agreements with each area of HR recruitment, ER, LTS, turnover statistics.
