Our client a global technology leader is currently looking for a HR Coordinator/Administrator/People Advisor to support ongoing Employee Relations projects.

We are looking for someone to join our HR People team, carrying out key tasks to support employees to be the best they can be. You will be working within a fast-paced HR department supporting the smooth running of the department and internal processes. You will be carrying out key administration duties regarding human resources, office activities, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee life cycle of all employees
  • Drafting offer letters, contracts along with full admin of documents related to the onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee the onboarding experience of all new starters.
  • Maintaining our HRIS system, including documentation storage, task lists and automation.
  • Administration of monthly payroll
  • Assisting with internal employee correspondence and announcements.
  • Managing the HR inbox, ensuring responses are prompt and emails are flagged for the relevant member of the team.
  • Coordinating and communicating all employee changes, transfers and promotions, completing the required documentation and notifying the relevant teams.
  • Assist with the implementation, management and reporting of reward & recognition schemes such as spot awards, anniversaries, and annual pay reviews.
  • Support all internal processes, such as performance reviews, salary reviews and seasonal events.
