Job summary

A fast-scaling software company in Central London is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a 6-8 month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role involves managing HR operations, supporting managers and employees in line with UK employment law, and contributing to a positive employee experience. Ideal candidates will have proven HR experience in a SaaS or Fintech environment, be CIPD qualified, and be available to start in early January. Salary offered is up to £60,000 p.a. pro rata.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a SaaS or Fintech company.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and familiarity with international HR practices.
• Operational knowledge across recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, payroll, and global mobility.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees for HR operations.
• Ensure HR policies comply with UK employment law.
• Manage payroll changes, onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries.
