People & Culture Business Partner

North Down

VANRATH is partnering with a global manufacturer located in County Down, to help appoint a people & Culture Business Partner, on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role

You'll be the go-to partner for leaders across the business, helping them grow their teams, solve problems with empathy and clarity, and build a culture where care and performance go hand in hand. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you'll bring the HR strategy to life, champion inclusion, and help the business grow with purpose.

The Person
  • Proven experience as a People & Culture or HR Business Partner in a commercial, sales-focused environment
  • Confidence and credibility to influence at all levels, with commercial and sales leaders
  • Previous experience leading or managing other HR professionals
  • Strong HR generalist skills and excellent UK employment law knowledge
  • Level 7 CIPD qualification
  • Experience with Trade Unions
