Qualifications

• 7-12 years’ experience as an HRBP/Generalist.
• Strong core HR grounding in ER, performance, and compensation.
• Experience in financial services is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise senior managers across tech and corporate functions.

• Own and deliver international learning and development programmes.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and performance cycles.
• Collaborate closely with Payroll and Global Mobility.
