Job description
About us:

Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem—our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks, often in remote locations, ordering a landline and booking in an engineer just wasn’t an option.

And that problem isn’t exclusive to the military, either. Students living in University accommodation, families visiting holiday resorts, or living in shared accommodation and retirement communities.

Conventional home broadband doesn’t always work for them.

Wifinity is different. We offer the same benefits as traditional broadband, such as super-fast speeds, WiFi, and secure and private networks, but none of the downsides. We even offer Pay As You Go and flexible contracts, so customers only pay for what they need without hefty penalties or long contract terms.

We take the complexity out of connectivity.

The opportunity:

You will provide trusted advice and guidance to leaders and employees on topics across the entire employee lifecycle.

Using data and evidence based research, you will determine, develop and deliver people related programmes that support our business objectives.

Key areas of focus:
  • Consult with and provide trusted HR partnering and coaching to our leaders in relation to our business vision, objectives and the entire employee lifecycle
  • Identify and use data and evidence based frameworks to report and drive positive business results
  • Support the implementation of transformation and change management programs
  • Develop, communicate and implement people-related policies and guides
  • Lead implementation of cyclic programs such as objective setting, performance management & review and engagement
  • Be up-to-date on employee relations regulations and case law, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management and lead case management
  • Support HR related system improvements/implementation
  • Support the payroll process by checking and approving the monthly data from our payroll partners
  • Support the HR Assistant when required
  • We are all team players and support other initiatives that arise from time to time.

Customer Driven:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the expected time frame and follow up to ensure resolution
About you:

You value creating strong relationships and are able to engage with people from all levels. You always strive to provide a customer driven approach. You will have:

  • Excellent coaching, mentoring and relationship building skills
  • Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data
  • Resilience and strong change/project management skills
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Superb problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills (excel/google sheets)
  • Ability to act with discretion and uphold confidentiality
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards)
Your experience:
  • Strong generalist HR experience across all areas of the employee lifecycle
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing policies
  • Experience facilitating and training
  • Experience implementing and maintaining HR related systems

a competitive salary and benefits package which includes an ‘Annual Leave Buy & Sell Scheme’, in addition to a remote first working environment, allowing our employees more flexibility when it comes to the importance of a healthy work / life balance.
