TheHR Business Partner is responsible for supporting managers, employees anddirect reports in the ensuring processes and practices support Cornwall HospiceCare (the Charity) in achieving the strategic objectives.
Working across theCharity, the HR Business Partner works incollaboration with managers, providing guidance and coaching for thedevelopment of the leadership skills across the Charity. The HR Business Partner is the primary contactpoint for industrial relations matters and supports line managers onrestructures, performance management, long-term sickness and other such areas.
Responsible for theline management of the HR Officer and HR Administrator, the HR Business Partnerfosters a strong customer service ethos in the team, to provide a professional,responsive level of service to managers and employees.
