We are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join a forward‑thinking organisation based in the Nottinghamshire area.

This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you will partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people initiatives that align with wider business objectives.

You will play a key role in driving organisational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement across designated functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a People Plan that aligns with the overall organisational strategy
  • Partner with leaders to design fit‑for‑purpose structures and roles that enable business success
  • Support managers in all aspects of employee relations, providing practical and effective solutions
  • Lead on recruitment, retention, and workforce planning activities to build strong pipelines for the future
  • Collaborate with talent teams to implement development initiatives and succession planning
  • Contribute to and lead on people change and transformation projects
  • Enhance HR engagement and ensure high‑quality HR support across the business
