HR Business Partner — Location: Gloucester Business Park - Hybrid (3 days per week); Contract: 12 months (Inside IR35); Rate: Up to £218 per day DOE; Start Date: ASAP.

The Role

Working closely with senior leaders, you\'ll deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organisational change. From guiding reward frameworks and succession planning to embedding diversity and inclusion, you\'ll be at the heart of creating a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

In this hybrid role, you\'ll split your time between Gloucester Business Park and home — giving you the balance to make a real impact without compromising your wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with line managers to deliver effective HR strategies and operational excellence.

About You
  • CIPD-qualified (or equivalent experience) with proven HR Business Partner expertise.
