A leading engineering solutions provider in the UK seeks an HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR services while partnering with management. This position offers flexible working, requires being onsite 3 days a week, and comes with a salary of up to £50k depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, excellent communication skills, and be CIPD Level 5 qualified. HR Business Partner role allows flexible working but does require being onsite 3 days a week across Beckington and Bristol sites.
The salary for this role is up to £50k, depending on experience.
In this position you will provide a wide-ranging, full employee life cycle HR Business Partnering service to management and employees, ensuring that all managers have the necessary tools and capability to professionally manage and develop themselves and their people.
You will use key people analytics to inform decisions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders. Use data and metrics to identify potential issues and support decision making that really drives employee engagement.
You will work with the Line Managers and their cohort to create solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial objectives.
Support and act as cover for the Payroll and Benefits Officer, learning the payroll methodology and working together on benefit related projects to guide the business to the most impactful benefits offering for our colleagues.
