To support their people division, they are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner on a 2-year FTC to drive a culture of continuous improvement at their Distribution Centre. This is the most senior HR role onsite and supports a permanent headcount of 650 people, which increases substantially during their peak season. As this role is so operationally focussed where building relationships is critical, the HRBP will be required to be onsite at the distribution centre in Herefordshire four days a week. The role is a 2-year fixed-term contract (FTC).
