Overview

We are partnering with a rapidly growing retailer with a turnover in excess of £300 million. They have a Trustpilot rating of 4.4, based on over 100,000 reviews, reflecting the outstanding experience their 4 million customers enjoy. They have a highly differentiated proposition, a clear vision for growth and a culture that is non-corporate, highly autonomous and fast paced.

To support their people division, they are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner on a 2-year FTC to drive a culture of continuous improvement at their Distribution Centre. This is the most senior HR role onsite and supports a permanent headcount of 650 people, which increases substantially during their peak season. They have a positive, forward-thinking culture and would suit an HR leader with the capability to;

Role location and duration

As this role is so operationally focussed where building relationships is critical, the HRBP will be required to be onsite at the distribution centre in Herefordshire four days a week. The role is a 2-year fixed-term contract (FTC).

Compensation

The package is highly competitive, with a basic salary of up to £75k, plus a potential bonus of 40%.
