We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to play a key role in delivering proactive, solution-focused HR support that drives organisational change and continuous improvement. As a HR Business Partner, you'll work within our business partnering model, providing expert advice and challenge across a broad range of HR matters including employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planning. You'll lead on complex casework, support change initiatives, and partner with managers to embed cultural change and deliver effective services.
