As an experienced HR professional you will support UK functional leaders across all people‑related processes, ensuring compliance with legislation while driving strategies that enhance productivity, capability, and employee engagement. Reporting to the HR Director UKI, you will collaborate with global HR teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes. This role offers excellent development opportunities for a driven HR professional, with exposure across manufacturing and commercial environments and clear progression pathways into senior or regional HR roles. Hybrid working is offered, with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in the office.
