A leading recruitment agency in Northern Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR consultancy within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management and organizational development, supporting a team to drive performance and transformation. Essential qualifications include a relevant degree or professional certification and significant experience in HR/OD. This position offers hybrid working, 37 days annual leave, and a competitive salary.
Are you a Senior HR Business Partner, looking to build on your experience in the public sector? MCS Group are recruiting on behalf of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a large complex organisation, providing strategic HR advice and consultancy support within the HR and OD Directorate.
You will be experienced with change management, playing a key role in facilitating the management of change within the Directorate, improving performance and ensuring that the trust is able to provide excellent patient and client care. As a Senior HRBP, you will be able to hit the ground running, understanding the strategic direction of the service and acting accordingly. You will be a key Senior member of the team, supporting forward planning, transformation, engagement and performance.
You will be experienced in OD, supporting the rest of the Corporate HROD Team to meet the Directorate's strategic and operational objectives. You will be a key link between the directorate and HROD functions and you will support relevant HR specialists to support managers to deal with more operational aspects of change management, casework and recruitment.
Location: Armagh
Pay: £53,755 per annum
Benefits: Hybrid working, 37 days annual leave
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday-Friday
