HR Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

You will :

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation automation and standardisation.
  • Perform gap analyses to assess alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.

Solution Design & Support

You will :

  • Collaborate with HRIS and technology teams to design enhance and configure HR systems (e.g. Oracle HCM Cloud Workday SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Support testing activities including unit system and user acceptance testing and ensure timely resolution of defects.
  • Assist with data migration validation and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement

You will :

  • Facilitate workshops interviews and meetings to capture insights and share project updates.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including process maps functional specifications and user guides.

Continuous Improvement

You will :

  • Monitor HR system performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Keep up to date with HR technology trends tools and best practices to recommend improvements and innovation.
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

You will have :

  • Strong experience analysing HR processes and supporting HR technology initiatives.
  • Familiarity with key HR platforms (with Oracle HCM Cloud preferred) and solid understanding of data management principles.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and documentation capabilities.
  • Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

You will have :

  • Experience supporting HR transformation or end-to-end system implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and data visualisation techniques.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP HRIS Certifications or Business Analysis qualifications.
