A leading HR consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a London Council through significant transformation. This 12-month fixed term contract requires expertise in HR transformation and local government experience is preferred. The role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements.
We are looking for a strong HR Business Partner with a background in transformation to support a London Council through significant change.
This is a critical role providing a strategic interface between HR and OD supporting the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme, where you will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR and OD colleagues to provide high level HR support.

To be considered you need to ideally come with local government experience – applicants with this will be reviewed first.
You also need to have clear experience in leading HR transformation from a business partner perspective.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months and offers hybrid working
