A leading law firm in the East Midlands is seeking a HR and Learning & Development Coordinator/Advisor to support a proactive HR service. This role involves managing HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, and payroll administration. We're looking for a HR and Learning & Development Coordinator/Advisor to join us at Smith Partnership, a forward‑thinking, leading law firm in the Midlands, employing around 200 staff across 5 offices. You will be joining our growing HR team that plays a huge part in the growth of the business. The main purpose of this role is to support the provision of an efficient, pro‑active customer‑focused HR service for the firm. You will take responsibility for effective administrative and advisory support.
