Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an HR Advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and support improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate training, development and compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end HR administration.
  • Conduct HR compliance audits.
  • Support recruitment processes and build strong relationships.
