A national health service organization in the UK is seeking a fixed-term HR Advisor to join their team. This role involves advising on HR processes, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring accurate information systems. HR Advisor – Pay, Terms and Conditions
This post is a Fixed Term / Secondment position until 31 March 2026. As per the Fixed Term Contacts Policy - Where individuals with continuous service within the NHS apply for fixed-term contract roles, NSS reserves the right to refuse any such appointment.

Pay, Terms and Conditions is a team within the Human Resources and Workforce Development Directorate. We aim to provide an excellent service, specialising in the following HR workstreams: Job Evaluation, Organisational Change, Redeployment, TUPE, Agenda for Change and Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions of employment.
Due to additional funding, we have an opportunity for an HR Advisor to join the team on a fixed-term contract/secondment until 31st March 2026.
The HR Advisor will be a key point of contact for our internal customer queries received in person, via video call or written enquiries.
The post will be based in Edinburgh (Gyle Square) or Glasgow (Delta House). We have a flexible approach to work location where we blend office and home working, depending on service need and preference. This post is suitable for flexi-time.
The work pattern for this post is Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS.
