HR Advisor – 3-Month FTC
Salary: Up to £45,000 (pro rata)
Location: Derby – travel may be required
Start Date: Immediate

The Role

As HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering effective employee consultations relating to:

  • Relocation
  • Redeployment
  • Redundancies

Working closely with managers, employees, and wider HR colleagues, you’ll ensure all processes are carried out in line with employment law, company policy, and best practice. This is a hands-on role where travel to different sites may be required.

We’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate impact. To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience of employee consultations in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, particularly around change management processes
