Salary: Up to £45,000 (pro rata)

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong consultation experience to support the business through a key transformation project.
As HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering effective employee consultations relating to:
Working closely with managers, employees, and wider HR colleagues, you’ll ensure all processes are carried out in line with employment law, company policy, and best practice. This is a hands-on role where travel to different sites may be required.
We’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate impact. To be successful, you’ll bring:
Proven experience of employee consultations in a similar environment
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, particularly around change management processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
The ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
Flexibility to travel as needed
