A leading healthcare organization is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver high-quality support on employee relations cases. The role requires a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Work is primarily remote with occasional travel, offering benefits like 25 days annual leave, and a robust professional development program.
As HR Advisor, you will provide high quality HR support, guidance and advice to line managers on all ER related matters and train line managers in the application of HR related policies, procedures and processes. You will work collaboratively with all members of the People Team and functions across HC-One to support the delivery of an exceptional HR advisory service. Your main responsibilities will include:
Qualified to CIPD Level 3 (or with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role managing a high volume of ER cases and committed to complete CIPD qualification) with a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing a high volume of ER cases to a proper conclusion, and a sound knowledge of GDPR. You have a commercially focused approach, in-depth and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice, and experience interpreting policies, procedures and situations to identify pragmatic solutions.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, can effectively influence, persuade and provide clear, concise and consistent advice, and build good working relationships. You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, are IT literate and can analyse management information to drive decision making.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should recognise signs indicating possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
