A recruitment agency is looking for an HR Advisor to cover a period of sickness leave in Gateshead. Overview

Are you immediately available and have a good level of ER experience? We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client in Gateshead initially for four weeks but expected to be longer to cover a period of sickness leave.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with general HR queries and providing guidance
  • Supporting Employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management
  • Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders and onboarding
  • Keeping employee records up to date and compliance
What Are They Looking For
  • HR Generalist experience
  • A good level of ER knowledge, especially note taking
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
