A regional healthcare organization is seeking a motivated HR Administrator to provide essential note taking services for meetings and administrative support within the HR department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills, and the role allows for flexible working patterns. We are seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated HR Administrator to undertake a unique role supporting a hearing impaired HR Advisor with note taking for 19 hours per week as a job Aide, fixed term until September 2026. The successful candidate will provide a note taking service, either face to face primarily in the Fylde area or virtual via MS Teams. The note taking will be required for a variety of meetings, including formal disciplinary, grievance and sickness meetings and hearings. When notetaking is not required you will provide a comprehensive, customer focused and efficient administration service supporting the Human Resources Directorate in assisting the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives. Your role will involve 19 hours per week as a Job Aide, working alongside a hearing impaired, Band 5 HR Advisor supporting them with note taking/secretarial support.
