You'll manage housing services, ensure properties are safe and compliant, and provide advice on welfare. Location: Clarence Avenue, Lambeth, SW4 8DN
Salary: £31,335 - £32,984 (Dependent upon experience)
Contract: Full Time Permanent 37.5hrs per week

About this role:
Our sheltered housing service provides on‑site housing management and support for customers aged 55 and over, helping them maintain independence, choice and control over their lives. We create a vibrant and secure environment where residents can enjoy an active social life if they choose.
As a Housing with Support Manager, you’ll deliver a high‑quality housing management service across our schemes, ensuring properties are well‑maintained, safe and compliant. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, offering advice, support and practical solutions to help them thrive.
