You'll ensure allocated hotels are safe and suitable while being the main point of contact for service users. Here at SWS, you'll join a dedicated team focused on assisting individuals moving through the asylum system. You'll ensure vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the critical support they need alongside comfortable hotel accommodation.

In this role you'll ensure that your allocated hotel is safe, habitable, fit for purpose and fully equipped. You will be the designated point of contact to support Service Users with their requirements, while ensuring they remain compliant with the conditions of their support provision. This will involve liaising with the hotel and other third parties.
As a key member of the Housing Officer team, you will be self‑motivated and able to use your own initiative to work to tight timescales.
