A local government authority in Tees Valley is seeking a Housing Management Officer to provide support to leaseholders and ensure compliance with building regulations. The role involves managing service charges, conducting property inspections, and liaising with stakeholders. The successful applicant will provide advice and support to leaseholders, ensure compliance with building safety regulations, manage service charges and legal requirements, and carry out property inspections. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders, handling acquisitions, and delivering a high-quality, customer‑focused service.
Applicants should be highly motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You’ll need to be a strong team player who can confidently engage with members of the public.
