Housing Management Lawyer

12 month fixed term contract

Sellick Partnership has partnered with a well respected Housing Association in the appointment of an experienced Housing Lawyer to join their growing legal team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise within housing law, working alongside the Head of Legal Services and other internal stakeholders. You will work under minimal supervision and will be capable of managing a complex caseload with confidence.

Duties
  • Leading the Housing Management Practice. Providing expert advice on a range of complex housing related issues including the areas of: Anti social behaviour, housing management, disrepair, leasehold management and income management.
Qualifications

We are seeking a qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive with extensive experience within housing law, ideally gained from the public sector. However experience gained within the private sector will also be considered.

This is a hybrid working role, with office attendance 3 days per week to facilitate a culture of collaborative working throughout the wider team.
