Job summary

A UK-based housing organization is seeking a customer-focused individual for a case management role to deliver high-quality service and support customers effectively. The successful candidate will manage various case types, ensuring prompt communication and resolution in collaboration with the technical team and surveyors. Essential skills include strong communication, customer service, and accurate record keeping, with prior experience in social housing being an advantage. This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in England.

Qualifications

  • Accurate and precise record keeping is essential.
  • Must be a very good team player.
  • Proficient in I.T. and Microsoft Word.
  • Resilience and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an efficient, customer-focused service in case management.
  • Contact customers proactively and escalate issues to technical leadership.
  • Be the single point of contact for customers in case management.
  • Work in partnership with surveyors to achieve resolution.
  • Support resolution of cases alongside the Complaints and Housing Ombudsman team.
  • Manage Disrepair cases effectively.
