Housing Advice & Homeless Prevention Officer

A West London Local Authority is seeking an Interim Housing Advice & Homeless Prevention Officer to support resettlement schemes, including British citizens arriving from overseas territories such as The Chagos Islands.

The Role
  • Provide housing options advice on tenure, low-cost home ownership, and homelessness prevention.
  • Carry out statutory homelessness assessments and manage a varied caseload.
  • Support individuals and families with move-on options, referrals, and signposting to services.
