Job description

Housekeeper – £14.61 per hour | 37.5 hrs per week | Roehampton/Richmond area

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable person to join our Housekeeping Team at busy conference centre. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day cleanliness and smooth running of the Centre, ensuring our guests and community receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Shifts: 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 11:30am-7:30pm or split shifts (early mornings/evenings). Shift pattern covers 7 days a week, so flexibility is essential. Ideal for someone living locally.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain high standards of cleaning across bedrooms, meeting rooms, and communal areas
• Assist with laundry and general housekeeping duties
• Support with serving food and preparing refreshments
• Ensure the needs of guests and visitors are met with care and attention
• Follow health & safety and fire procedures
• Uphold the values and ethos of the Kairos Centre

What we’re looking for:

• Housekeeping experience desirable but not essential
• Good hygiene standards and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with a positive, caring attitude
• Able to work independently and flexibly
• Basic GCSEs (English & Maths) or equivalent preferred
