Housekeeper in Victoria Park & Fitzrovia

Housekeeper (Live Out, Shared Role in Hackney & Fitzrovia)

Location: 3 days in Hackney (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) & 2 days in Fitzrovia (Tuesday, Thursday)

Hours: Full-time, Live-out

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Housekeeper to support two households within one family - a young family of 3 in Hackney and a single principal’s residence in Fitzrovia. The role will be split three days a week with the family (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and two days a week with the principal’s brother (Tuesday, Thursday) with some flexibility.

The Role – Hackney (3 days) – 2 bedroom home over 3 floors

• Maintain a tidy, organised home and ensure the household runs smoothly day to day.
• General housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised; assist with basic food prep and topping up household essentials (milk, loo roll, cleaning supplies, etc.).
• Manage household laundry and linen, including baby laundry.
• Maintain a calm and pleasant environment.
• Keep an eye on the baby (3 months old) if mum needs to pop out or attend an appointment.
• Flexible for occasional babysitting by prior agreement.

The Role – Fitzrovia (2 days)

• Oversee smooth running of a four bedroom townhouse for a single, busy professional who travels frequently.
• Ensure the property is kept spotless and organized.
• Manage laundry, linen, and wardrobe care.
• Coordinate with contractors and tradespeople as needed.
• Support with meal prep and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Oversee upkeep of pool and sauna (liaising with service providers).

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced, professional housekeeper with excellent attention to detail.

• Discreet, warm, and easy-going, understands boundaries and when to give space.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, split between two households (3 days Hackney, 2 days Fitzrovia).

Salary: Around £45,000 - £47,000 gross p.a., depending on experience.
