A leading property management company in Birmingham is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in communal areas and ensure exceptional customer service to residents. The role requires working 10 hours on weekends with responsibilities including daily cleaning, assisting residents, and maintaining high standards of service. Previous experience in hospitality or residential cleaning is preferred. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
Role overview: You will ensure the building, communal areas and grounds are kept to high standards of cleanliness and act as a face for the development engaging with the residents to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
This role will be working 10 hours per week on weekends, therefore you must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday.
