We'd like you to join us as a Housekeeper at Kings Norton Hospital in Birmingham.

Kings Norton Hospital is made up of 3 wards, two 10 Bedded Male Acute wards, one 12 Bed Female Acute ward. This is an exciting time for The Active Care Group and we are looking forward to building a fantastic team and creating a work place of choice whilst providing the highest quality of care to our patients.

What you'll be working:
  • 37.5 Hrs per week
  • Working 5 days a week Monday to Sunday 9am to 5pm
What you'll be doing:

To be responsible of all areas of housekeeping in a hands-on' capacity ensuring a high standard is achieved and maintained.

  • Undertake cleaning of the hospital, including service users areas and communal areas as designated
  • Carry out general cleaning of premises including floors, sinks, toilets, wash hand basins, baths, work showers, surfaces, cupboards etc. using designated equipment and re-stocking materials as required
  • Ensure correct usage, storage and care of cleaning equipment, adhering to COSHH procedures
