House Manager role for an UHNWI in the West End

About Our Client

The client is an UHNWI who splits time between London and the UAE. They are a married couple with 4 children, 2 of whom are studying in the UK.

Job Description

• Managing the day-to-day operations
• Coordinating with event planners to ensure all arrangements are made for special events
• Coordinating with the purchase team to ensure all supplies needed are delivered on time
• Ensuring that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed
• Ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly
• Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well kept at all times
• Supervising security team
• Flexibility to work during weekends
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Providing banquet services as needed
