As Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence across all hotel departments. You'll:

  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Oversee daily operations, stepping in for the General Manager when required
  • Analyse guest feedback and lead action plans to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive performance, recruitment, and team development
  • Contribute to the hotel's strategic business plan and maximise revenue opportunities
