Qualifications

  • Previous B&I contract catering experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.

Location: 25 Churchill Pl, London E14 5EY

Rate of Pay: £33,065.14 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
  • Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
  • Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.
  • Manage general administrative tasks.
